My Approach

Therapy sessions with me include an integration of insight-oriented, relational, and skills-based approaches. I help to gently explore the underlying causes of symptoms and help to increase awareness into emotional and relational patterns while also attending to practical strategies that can help alleviate distress. I work with clients to explore beliefs about themselves, others, and the systems they exist within, while also integrating adaptive strategies that are tailored to each client and their experiences.

I am committed to maintaining an inclusive practice and ensuring that clients feel they are an equal partner in the therapeutic process. I also aim to understand how your various identities (gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, etc) have impacted your experiences in the world.
